P.C.:- This is an Application for extension of interim relief granted by Order dated 11th February, 2022 and for direction to the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to hear the Revision filed by Applicant pending before the said Authority.

Mr. Patil learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 11th February, 2022, the Applicant has in fact preferred Revision before the concerned Authority, however, due to the 1/2
spm 2 6-IA1429.2022.doc present session of Legislative Assembly, the application for stay could not be taken up.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submitted that, the present Legislative Assembly Session will be up to 25th March, 2022 and immediately after the Session is over, the concerned Authority will take up the Application for stay filed by the Applicant in the said revision. 4.
In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 11th February, 2022 to continue up to 8th April, 2022. 5.
The Hon'ble Revenue Minister seized of the Revision preferred by the Applicant is requested to consider the Application for stay, filed by the Applicant and decide the same before 6th April, 2022. 6.
Application is allowed, in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
