Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's application dated 3rd December 2018 by the Competent Authority by its Order dated 18th December 2018, the Petitioner was released on Covid19 pandemic parole leave from 9th July 2021 till 6th June 2022. That the Petitioner was subsequently released on furlough leave from 24th November 2022 and he reported back to Jail Authority on 23rd December 2022. 2.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
