Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of furlough leave Order dated 8th February 2019 passed by the Competent Authority, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 pandemic parole leave from 24th June 2021 till 19th May 2022. That, the Petitioner was also released on furlough leave on 1st December 2022 till 30th December 2022 for a period of 28 days and has reported back to the Jail Authority within stipulated period.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
