Through this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent no.1 to consider the proposal for grant of approval to the petitioner's sugar factory. According to the petitioner, the said proposal is pending since 26.8.2013. However, we find that the said communication is not made to respondent no. 1. In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation before respondent no.1 within four weeks from today along with relevant documents
17wp3817.2014.sxw and also order passed by this court on 26.8.2011 in CA (St) No. 16843 of 2011 filed in PIL No. 20 of 2006 (Exhibit. E). In case such representation is submitted by the petitioner within four weeks, respondent no.1 shall examine the same and shall process it, in accordance with law and take final decision on it as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of the said representation.

Needless to say, that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter and respondent no. 1 is free to decide the same in accordance with law.
