The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 88 days in filing the above Appeal from Order. The reasons for the lgc

caa-445.15.doc delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 Shri R B Parab opposes the Civil Application but ultimately submits to the orders of the Court.

Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly the delay of 88 days in filing the Appeal from Order stands condoned.
