1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Assistant Police Inspector Mr.Sandeep Shinde attached to Sahar Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the investigation of the present crimes is completed and the police are intending to file 'B-Summary Report' before the trial Court. However in view 1/2
Osk 62-Wp-4295-2015.doc of the directions issued by Order dated 7th March 2016 the same could not be filed till today.
2) In view of the above, we permit the Investigating Agency to file the said 'B-Summary Report' before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today.
3) As the police are filing 'B-Summary Report' before the trial Court, present Petitions for quashing of CR No. 359 of 2015 and CR No. 307 of 2015 registered with Sahar Police Station, Mumbai, do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
4) In view of disposal of Writ Petition No. 4295 of 2015, Criminal Application (APPW) No. 121 of 2017 pending therein does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
