This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No.35/2021 registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai for offence punishable under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

None present for the Applicants. The Applicants were granted interim bail on 11/03/2021. Learned APP states that the Applicants have reported to the concerned Investigating Officer, that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed. She further states that the Applicant No.1 has been granted regular bail. Hence, this Application is rendered infructuous as against Applicant No.1. 1/2

The Applicant Nos.2, 3 and 4 are the family members of the husband of the first informant. Since the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed, the interim order dated 11/03/2021 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) stands confirmed as against Applicant Nos.2 to 4.
