Mrs. Thakur, the learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioner's proposal dated 1st January 2010 is disposed of by the Collector, Raigad by his order dated 13th December 2017 and the Petitioner is informed that his request cannot be considered. In support of her submission, the learned AGP tendered copy of the order dated 13th December 2017. The same is taken on record.

In the light of above, grievance of the Petitioner as raised in the writ petition no more survives. Hence, petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if so adviced, by filing appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
