By this first appeal, appellant-insurance company is challenging the judgment and award dated 28.10.2013 passed by the MACT, Nashik in MACP No.110 of 2010 awarding compensation of Rs.38,22,357/- with interest @ of 7% to the respondent-claimant. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned judgment and award the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Admit.

(iii) The appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (iv) Registry is directed to call for Record and Proceedings in the matter.
