DATE: 18th July, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. According to her, the order of the Additional Commissioner, Pune is not sustainable, particularly when Mutation Entry was changed during the pendency of the proceedings.
2] Perused the order impugned. What is noticed is, the proceedings under Section 32-M and 32-G of the Maharashtra 1/2
(207)wp-1035-97.doc Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act were already answered against the Petitioner and which were not upset at the behest of the Petitioner in any of the proceedings. That being so, no interference is warranted in the impugned order.
