Learned counsel for the applicants have filed praecipes seeking production of both the applications. However, the Registry has only listed Interim Application No. 803/2023 on the Production Board.

Since production of both the applications was granted, Interim Application No. 804/2023 is also taken up along with Interim Application No. 803/2023.

By the aforesaid applications, the applicants seek extension of time to complete the formalities of filing the sureties. For the reasons set out in the applications, applications are allowed and by way of last chance, time to complete the formalities of filing the sureties, is extended by a period of 6 weeks.
