1] Learned counsel for the Appellant in First Appeal No.405 of 2014 points out that the above three Appeal(s) are arising out of one and the same judgment and order of the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, passed on 31st August, 2013 and the valuation of the suit claim filed by the Appellant before the trial Court was about Rs.12,50,000/-. In view thereof, these three Appeal(s) will lie to the District Court.
