Learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petitions. He submits that the petitioners have already filed discharge applications before the Special Court and as such, the petitioners would like to pursue the said discharge applications. He further submits that liberty be granted to the petitioners to challenge the letters issued by the Police, from time to time, before the learned Special Judge.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

If any applications are filed with respect to the letters issued by the Police, the learned Judge to decide the said applications, including the discharge applications, expeditiously. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further
consideration in the Interim Applications. The same also stand disposed off.
