Heard Mrs.Poonam Ankleshwaria, learned counsel for the appellant. She submits that she had intimated to the counsel for the appellant about the present application. According to the applicant, in consequence of the change in the name of the Company, the entries in the property register are required to be changed, and that the concern Revenue Officers have expressed that the same can be done in, if the applicant obtains permission from this Court to do so, as the register in which the entries are to be made, is lying in the custody of this Court.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
