The Civil Application seeks enhancement of wages to be paid to the Applicant-(Original Respondent No. 1) under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 at the rate of minimum wages prescribed under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Alternatively it is prayed that hearing of the petition may be expedited. The Civil Application is disposed of, by expediting the hearing of the petition.
