None appears for the petitioner. None had appeared for the petitioner on 20.3.2015 and 13.1.2016. It appears that on 22.2.2016, a statement was made before this Court by Mr. Indra Bahadur that the application for transfer of the proceedings from Mumbai to Hyderabad is pending in the Apex Court, the proceedings ihn the trial Court are stayed. However, no order was placed on record. None appeared for the petitioner on 18.4.2016. It is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
