This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against conviction whereby the Applicant herein is convicting for the offence punishable under Section 399 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 307 days. 2.

For the reasons stated in ground Nos. (A) and (B) of the application, the delay of 307 days in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
