Prayer for grant of bail in crime no. 632 of 2021 registered with Panvel City police station for the offence punishable under sections 323, 420, 498A, 504 & 506 of IPC is opposed on the ground that the dowry amount was received by the applicant in various accounts of his relatives and himself. 3.

It is claimed that even if there is matrimonial dispute, there is evidence on record to infer the applicant's prima facie involvement in the offence in question. It is further claimed that the investigating ofÏcer has not investigated the said trail of dowry amount.

I have appreciated the submissions.

The fact remains that the parties herein got married on 28/04/2005 and are blessed with three children. 6.

It is claimed that the parties herein are agitating on the issue of custody of the children.

In the aforesaid background, having regard to the fact that this Court has already protected the applicant vide order dated 10/03/2022 and the nature of allegations made against the applicant in the FIR, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 8.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 632 of 2021 registered with Panvel City police station for the offence punishable under sections 323, 420, 498A, 504 & 506 of IPC, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 9.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer as and when directed.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

11.

The application stands disposed of.
