Mr. Yuvraj Navankar, Advocate for the Petitioner has placed on record disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as made by the proposed arbitrator, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The petition is disposed of by appointing Mr. Vishal Kanade, Advocate as an Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties arising under the business transfer agreement dated 7 June 2016.
