This is an application for extension of time for furnishing PR bond and surety in accordance with order dated 28th March 2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.2091 of 2018. MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.04.29 16:15:29 +0530 2.

The sentence of imprisonment imposed against applicant was suspended by this Court by order dated 28th March 2019 and applicant was enlarged on bail by executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The said order has not been complied. The applicant was, however, on bail and he continued to be at liberty.

Learned counsel for applicant submit that applicant is senior citizen aged about 76 years and on account of communication gap he has not furnished surety. He is also shifted to Bangalore.

Learned advocate for CBI submit that the applicant has changed his address and in accordance with clause-(iii) of the order dated 28th March 2019, the applicant is required to bring the said fact to the notice of Trial Court.

Considering the submissions of learned advocate for applicant, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount in accordance with order dated 28th March 2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.2091 of 2019 within six weeks from today; (ii) The applicant shall furnish details of change of address to the Trial Court as per clause-(iii) of order dated 28th March 2019; (iii) The applicant shall comply directions stipulated in clause-(iv) of order dated 28th March 2019;

(iv) Interim Application No.893 of 2022 is disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
