By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to complete investigation and file charge-sheet against the accused persons in respect of C.R. No. 79/2019 registered with the Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

48-WP-1007-2023.doc Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that the police after investigation, have filed charge-sheet against four accused in the said case on 26th April 2022. He submits that as far as accused No. 5 is concerned, since sanction is awaited, appropriate steps will be taken against the said accused, after sanction is accorded.

In view of what is stated by the learned A.P.P, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of.
