The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 157 of 2018, registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 170, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP, on instructions informs that the custody of the applicant-woman is not required as her direct involvement in the offence is not noticed. In view of above statement, since the custody of the applicant is not required, the Application stands disposed of as infructuous.
