Heard, learned Counsel for the Applicants. This is an Application by the Petitioners in above Revision Application who are plaintiff-landlord, for early hearing of the matter.

It is submitted that the present Revision Application is admitted in July 2015. It is fairly submitted and order is also annexed showing that earlier in April, 2017 similar request was made, however it was rejected with the liberty to the Applicants to renew the request in the year 2018. 3.
It is submitted that presently the Applicant No. 1, widow of the original plaintiff- Prakash Shankar Wagh is 77 years old. Copy of the PAN akn 1/2
2/2 29.CAC.39.2020.doc card and passport of the Applicant No. 1 is produced on record, which vouches the claim of the Applicant's age.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and considering that already nine years have passed since the admission of the matter, this Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a). Hearing is expedited. Above Revision Application to appear for final disposal as per its turn in the category of expedited matters.
