No.52 of 2016 registered with Wagle Estate Police Station, Thane the trial Court has issued witness summons. He produced on record Daily Status Report downloaded from the Official website of e-Courts. It is stated therein that, the recording of evidence is part heard. 2.

As the Petitioner is in Jail since 2016, we direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane seized of Sessions Case No. 223 of 2016 arising out of C.R.
