Grievance of the Petitioner is regarding non-action by the subordinates of the District Magistrate in spite of the action being initiated under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction

Trupti 9-12 wp-2811-2023.doc of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In Civil Writ Petition No.15285 of 2022 and connected petitions, after hearing the learned Advocate General, we have passed a detailed order on 9 February 2023 wherein grievances of the identical nature have been considered. Certain directions have been issued and the statement of learned Advocate General has been recorded.

In view of this order passed, which covers the contingency arising in these petitions, it is not necessary to pass any separate order. If the representative of the Petitioner seeks an audience with the District Magistrate, the audience will be given to the representative of the secured creditor to understand the grievance and steps would be taken as warranted in law. 4.
