The order challenged in this Petition is that of the DRT dated 25th February, 2019. The Petitioner has a remedy of challenging the impugned order before the DRAT. We are informed that the impugned order is not so far made available. 2.

Inasmuch as the impugned order is not available and since the learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly makes a statement on instructions from Mr. Satish Damodar Akole that in the event, the Petitioners are unable to obtain orders in the Appeal which the Petitioner proposes to file before DRAT, they shall voluntarily handover physical possession of the secured asset in question, we direct the Respondent - Bank to defer taking possession of the 1/2

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the DRAT.
