The dispute is settled between appellant Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5 and Respondent No.2-insurance company. Appellant Nos.1 and 3 are present in person. They state that appellant no.4 has expired and tendered copy of the death certificate. Appellant no.3 is the constituted attorney of appellant Nos.2 and 5. The original power of attorney is annexed to the consent terms. Respondent No.1 is the owner of offending vehicle.
