Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal, challenging the Judgment and Order passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 14th Court, Girgaon, thereby acquitting the respondent no. 1 of the offence punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act vide Judgment and Order dated 08/10/2015. There is a delay of 15 days in filing an application seeking leave to appeal.
