The application of Petitioner for furlough leave has been rejected by Competent Authority and has been upheld by Appellate Authority on the ground that when the Petitioner was released on parole leave in the year 2006, he absconded and was to be arrested by Police and lodged to jail after a lapse of 2,462 days. 2.

In view of the above, according to us both the authorities below have not committed any error while passing impugned orders. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
