In view of amicable settlement between the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present contempt petition. Leave as sought is granted. The Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

It appears that pursuant to the order dated 29 April 2022 passed by this Court, respondent No.1 has deposited the amount of Rs.19,41,000/- before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection if the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the said amount. Accordingly, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.19,41,000/- with interest accrued thereon, if any.
