The grievance in the petition is based on the allegation that on 1st March 2016 certain municipal officers threatened the petitioner that a portion of his premises will be demolished without following due process of law. There is no ad-interim relief granted in this petition of 2016. Perhaps with the passage of time, this petition may not survive and accordingly, the same is disposed of. If such threat is again given, the petitioner can file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication whether any such threat was given.
