In the light of earlier order dated 27/4/2016 passed on Criminal Application No.497/2016, learned Senior Advocate submitted that the applicant has already put in about 5 years in jail, he is senior citizen and is also not keeping good health. He therefore seeks release on bail on appropriate terms and conditions.

Learned APP pointed out that there is no material on record to show health of accused and there is no change in circumstance to enable this Court to consider second application.

We have considered the earlier order dated 27/4/2016. We do not find any change in situation. As such the application is rejected. 4.
