This application seeks to set aside the self operating order dated 9th August,2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). By the impugned order, the Petitioner was directed to remove the office objections on or before 7th September, 2016, failing which the petition would stand dismissed. 2.

For the reasons indicated in paragraph 3 of the civil application and V.A. Tikam 1/2

CAW 2683 of 2017.doc more particularly, the passing away the clerk handling the matters on behalf of the Petitioner's Advocate, the civil application is allowed. The order dated 9th August, 2016 is set aside and the petition is restored to the file of this Court. However, the Petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within two weeks from today. Failing which, the petition would stand dismissed without any reference to this Court. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
