This Civil Application is for setting aside the order dated 11.9.2012 passed in Second Appeal No.395 of 1991 and restore the said Second Appeal after condoning the delay.

Mangaonkar submits that he tried to contact his Mohite 1/2

7 cas329-13.doc client for further instruction but till today he has not received any instruction. Therefore, he is unable to proceed with the matter.

Hence, Civil Application stands rejected for non-prosecution.

In view of dismissal of Civil Application, nothing survives in all the pending Civil Applications. Civil Applications stand dismissed as infructuous.
