Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 12th March, 2015 and thereafter on 20th March, 2015, time was granted to the parties to go before the police. It appears that one group went before the police and the Investigating officer has recorded the statement. The learned defence counsel submitted that affidavit of Padmini and Priyanka will be submitted to the police. The Investigating officer is not present in C.R. No. 33 of 2015.

In view of this, interim bail granted by this Court is hereby confirmed with the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, the applicants/accused be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in a sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence. (iii) The applicants shall not indulge into any criminal activity against each other and nobody in the village. (iv) All the applicants/accused shall attend the concerned police station on 29th March, 2015 between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and file affidavit, if they want and shall cooperate the Investigating officer.
