At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to place true copy of death certificate of deceased Padma Rohidas Vasudeo on record and carry out necessary amendment. Let the copy be placed on record during the course of the day. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicants. This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs and representatives of deceased Petitioner No.1 Padma Vasudeo, who has expired on 15.12.2018, This application is filed on 26.02.2019, which is within prescribed period of limitation.

In that view of the matter, considering the averments in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Sneha Chavan page 1 /2
