Petitioner's grievance is that his complaint is not recorded by police. Exhibit - E is the first complaint dated 29th October, 2015. Learned APP states that petitioner is not cooperating. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner is inclined to attend police station and make a statement. Petitioner is entitled to attend police station and on his attendance his statement be recorded. We direct that the police shall take appropriate decision on the said complaint thereafter. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
