The Petitioner's grievance is that in-spite of the opinion given by the concerned Law Officer of the Corporation, the Corporation is not filing a complaint against the accused persons who are involved in the crime. The counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the issue is being looked into departmentally and within two weeks the Corporation shall take appropriate decision. In case the Corporation decides not to file complaint, the Petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy, as permissible in law. All issues on merits are kept open. The Petition is disposed of.
