There is a delay of 139 days in filing the appeal. The reasons for the delay are stated in the paragraph Nos.6,7,8 and 9 of the application.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 - claimants opposed the application. He submits that the explanation of the applicant cannot be said to be satisfactory and the cause cannot be said to be sufficient to justify condoning the delay of 139 days. 1/2

However, in my opinion, for the reasons stated in the application the delay deserves to be condoned. 4.

The application is allowed. The delay of 139 days is condoned. The application is disposed of.
