This is an application seeking stay of the execution of judgment and award dated 9th June, 2021 passed by the MACT, Khed, Ratnagiri in MACA No. 06/2016.

Learned counsel for the Appellant /Applicant submits that the entire decretal amount has been deposited before the Tribunal and subject to which stay was granted. Learned Counsel submit that the stay be continued till the disposal of the appeal. Learned Counsel for the Respondents confirms the same.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and having perused the application and record, let the stay granted earlier be continued till the disposal of the appeal. Interim application stands disposed of accordingly.
