By the separate order passed today we have allowed Writ Petition No.436 of 2013 thereby quashing the proceedings of subject criminal case, namely, CC No. 357/PS/2013, which arose out of CR No. 181 of 2012. The said proceedings are quashed by consent of the Petitioner herein. In that view of the matter, the relief claimed in this writ petition for further investigation of the subject CR, will not survive. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 2.

In view of the disposal of main writ petition, application if any, taken out in this writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
