This application is preferred seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 17.03.2015 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 912 of 2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Thane. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire amount of the award will be deposited within 4 weeks from today. The statement is accepted and subject to condition of the deposit of the said amount, the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed. 2.

On the applicant depositing the said amount, the Tribunal shall invest the same in the nationalized bank, initially for the period of one year and to be renewed subsequently from time to time upto the disposal of the appeal. On failure of the applicant to deposit the amount within stipulated time, the stay will stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
