DATE : 17 AUGUST 2015 P.C. :- 1] This Court, had already made it clear that no further extension will be granted in this matter. However, the Judge of the Small Causes Court has stated that he has taken charge of the Court on 24 June 2015 and therefore, seeks for extension by four months.

2] Although, the final prayer is for extension by four months, in the text of the application, the learned Judge has applied for six weeks time to dispose of the suit. This is reasonable. 3] Accordingly, as and by way of final opportunity, time is extended upto 30 September 2015.

In case, the complaint of the learned Judge is that any parties are not cooperating in the matter of expeditious disposal of this suit, which is of the year 1973, the learned Judge is free to make appropriate orders against such party. However, the suit must be disposed of on or before 30 September 2015.
