This Application for bail is moved by the applicant/accused. The applicant/accused is arrested on 15th July, 2014 in C.R. No. I-112 of 2014 for the offences punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 37(1) and section 135 of Mumbai Police Act. The offence is registered at the instance of Vijay Narayan Jadhav, Forest Officer. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused has submitted that the applicant/accused is innocent and he has not commit any offence of murder of Bhudhaji Narayan Jadhav, Bit Forest Guard, as he resisted the applicant/accused to construct a hut illegal and for encroachment on the forest land.

Learned APP pointed out that charge is framed on 17th November, 1 / 2

916.BA447_2016.doc 2015 by the learned Sessions Judge in Case No. 606 of 2014. The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that till today there is no progress in the Sessions case.

Considering the submissions of both the sides and after going through the FIR and the stage of trial, Bail Application is disposed of with following directions:

Learned Sessions Judge to endeavour to complete the trial on or before 31st December, 2016.
