It is submitted that the main application preferred under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been dismissed for default in Trial Court and an application for restoration has been preferred before the Trial Court. Learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh proceedings if need arises. Leave granted.
