1) This is an application for modification of condition No. (iv) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 1.7.2015 passed by this Court. The condition No. (iv) reads as under:

"Applicant shall report to Vanrai Police Station on first Sunday of each month till the framing of charge". 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since last more than 1.1/2 years the applicant is attending the concerned police station however, till date the trial Court has not framed the charge. In view of the facts and circumstances mentioned in the application said condition is relaxed and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station once in three months till the framing of the charge. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
