On 06/12/2017 while acquitting respondent-accused, learned Magistrate has observed that the applicant has failed to establish the fact that cheques were issued towards legally enforceable debt. With the assistance, I have perused cross-examination of the applicant. The observations referred above are borne out of said piece of oral evidence.
