1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the challenge is only to the quantum of compensation and findings on the issue of negligence. Since, no statutory defence is raised, notice to Respondent No.4, is dispensed with.

2. By this application, the applicant has sought condonation of delay of 181 days in challenging impugned Judgment and Award dated 7.5.2016.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removing office objection if any.
