By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks clarification/verification of the direction issued in paragraph 2 of the order dated dated 14th February, 2023 to the extent of Tikam page 1 of 3
Truck bearing registration No. MH 12 LT 1387 instead of MH 12 BG 1387.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the said vehicle registration No. MH 12 BG 1387 is inadvertently mentioned in the Petition. He seeks leave to carry out the amendment in the Writ Petition to that effect. Leave granted as prayed.

Amendment to be carried out so far as the Truck bearing registration No. MH 12 BG 1387 by replacing the said registration by No. MH 12 LT 1387. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Amended copy to be served upon the Respondent simultaneously. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.
Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B) 6.
Truck registration No. MH 12 BG 1387 mentioned in the order dated 14th February, 2023 shall be replaced by registration No. MH 12 LT 1387.

The Respondents are directed to release the Petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No. MH 12 LT 1387 within three days from the date of communication of the said order.
