The applicant was directed to be released by the Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 6th August, 2019 in Crime No.44 of 2019 registered in Mahim Police Station under Sections 394, 342, 381, 397, 452 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act.

Admittedly, till date the applicant is unable to furnish sureties of local person as was directed.

Apart from above, the non-bailable warrant was issued, BGP.

as for four dates the applicant consistently remained absent though he was temporarily released on cash bail.

The non-bailable warrant dated 3rd December, 2019 was executed having noticed that the applicant was behind the bar in Crime No.298 of 2020.

In the aforesaid background, an option was given to learned counsel for the applicant as to whether he can produce the sureties before this Court in compliance with the order dated 6th August, 2019 directing his release. However, there is no positive response on the said issue. The applicant is permanent resident of Rajasthan. Other similar offence is also registered against him. 6.
In the aforesaid background, no case for bail is made out. Application as such stands rejected.

In view of disposal of bail application, interim application also stands disposed of.
